UGN’s Japanese parent company, Uni-NTF is comprised of Nihon Tokushu Toryo Co., Ltd. (Nittoku) as the majority owner and two other Nittoku group companies. The company’s American-based parent company is Rieter Automotive North America Inc., a subsidiary of the automotive acoustics innovation leader, Autoneum Holding Ltd. (Rieter’s former Automotive Systems division) (Switzerland).
