UGN’s 300,000 sq feet (27,900 sq meter) manufacturing facility currently has 170 team members in Somerset, Kentucky.
This facility is our first to produce the RIETER ULTRA LIGHT® acoustic carpet system. Highly automated carpet lines ensure a consistent, high-quality product. The Somerset production facility also is responsible for producing a variety of sound treatment and interior products such as:
- RIETER ULTRA LIGHT® and conventional type carpet systems
- Engine side parts
- Seat back and carpet underlayment
- Fleece line production
- RIETER ULTRA LIGHT® products
